Abstract

The work here depicted is part of the project draft presented as the final project to graduate in the specialty of mental health. Due to the size of the draft the second part will be published in a future issue of the magazine. The purpose of the project draft is to analyze a group psychoeducational intervention within the working shift of the nursing professionals. The aim of the draft is to provide effective resources to adolescents helping them to improve their self-esteem and assertiveness and to confront the inevitable risk situations that are related to their personal and psychosocial development during adolescence and later on in life. The main objective is to provide adolescents with strategies and personal resources so that they can make their own judgement about themselves, their capabilities and limitations and so that they can reaffirm themselves before the positioning of others, and in so doing control the influence of the surroundings by means of a critical self-analysis.
