Abstract

The tutor of nursing practicum classes is a known figure of unquestionable relevance. This has always attracted my attention because of its particular interest. Despite the commonness of the concept, its meaning and use, in my opinion, it is lacking definition and warrants a more precise thorough analysis. The model of concept analysis of Walker and Avant will also permit to analyse the concept of the “nurse tutor” and the formative practice of the development of the model itself.
