Teaching, when fun is much more efficient. The objectives of the dynamics are: - To make easier for nursing students to learn the clinical assessment of patients.- To help to integrate and relate the signs and symptoms, as well as human responses to the diagnostic taxonomies, both medical and nursing. The group dynamics is a contest between two teams of three pupils the objective of which is to identify the diagnoses of the other team’s case. This way of working has involved a significant amount of preparation and implementation, but the results have shown a high degree of satisfaction of students and the objectives have been largely satisfied. The overall score: 7,61 out of 10, shows that students like this dynamics. Our teaching skills have to diversify to meet the new teaching methods.
