Abstract

An assessment system is developed in a registry format, taking the Virginia Henderson´s model as theoretical reference. This work is based on the options considered to choose this model, relating a model of care and the nursing process, defining this relationship in the assessment stage which specifies the meaning of the phenomena governing the theoretical structure.
