Listas de Enfermería: ¿Pulso de la Profesión?
Resumen
Objetivo general:describir la información que circula en las listas de enfermería.
Material: archivos de mensajes de las lista METAS, UCIE, ROL e IVESTEN.
Método: La matriz DAFO o SWOT en inglés (Strengths, Weakness, Oportunities and Threats) que establece un diagnóstico que permite mostrar un panorama de nuestra situación actual. La combinación de los cuatro elementos estratégicos: Debilidades internas, amenazas del entorno, fortalezas internas y oportunidades del entorno.
Resultados:
Debilidades internas: la dificultad que sigue existiendo en el momento actual, para asumir un rol autónomo de enfermería.
Amenazas del entorno o lo que vemos como amenazas. Las enfermeras tenemos algunas cicatrices o sentimos que las tenemos por conflicto de intereses con otros colectivos.
Fortalezas internas: el compromiso social de la enfermería aceptando toda clase de retos.
Oportunidades del entorno: nos encontramos ante un cambio de cultura sanitaria la visión de la imagen externa de las enfermeras que tenga el usuario dependerá de la capacidad que tengamos como colectivo para resolver sus problemas.
Conclusiones: todas las estrategias para superar, algunas de las situaciones anteriores, pasan por cambiar nuestra imagen profesional.

Amenazas del entorno o lo que vemos como amenazas. Las enfermeras tenemos algunas cicatrices o sentimos que las tenemos por conflicto de intereses con otros colectivos.
Fortalezas internas: el compromiso social de la enfermería aceptando toda clase de retos.
Oportunidades del entorno: nos encontramos ante un cambio de cultura sanitaria la visión de la imagen externa de las enfermeras que tenga el usuario dependerá de la capacidad que tengamos como colectivo para resolver sus problemas.
Conclusiones: todas las estrategias para superar, algunas de las situaciones anteriores, pasan por cambiar nuestra imagen profesional.

within the setting, internal strengths and opportunities from within the setting.

Internal weaknesses: The difficulty that still exists at the current time for the nurse to adopt an independent or autonomous role.
Threats from within the setting: or what we perceive as threats. We nurses have some “scars”, meaning we have bad memories, or we feel we have them, as a result of a conflict of interests with other collective groups in the field.
Opportunities from within the setting: We are facing a
change in the way the culture of healthcare is perceived.
The vision of the external image that the user will have of us nurses will largely depend on our capacity as a nursing collective group to resolve their problems.
Conclusions: All strategies to overcome some of the previously mentioned situations
require a change in how we project our professional image.
