Abstract
As we are able to examine the nurses activities we can make quality control, retrospective investigation and improving of patients care. The emergency nursing records of trauma patients from the hospitals of the region were reviewed as well as those that have been published in the professional literature. The purpose of this article is to show the registered form of emergency nursing care of trauma patients that we have developed the record serves as a guide to make quick and accurate assessment.
