Abstract

Primary Health care is one of the areas where trainingto nursing pregraduated students is essential. Thetutorships from experienced community nurses, whowork in health centers, allow our students to learnunder Virginia Hendersons´ conceptual framework.

Our commitment, as teachers, is to know about thetargets´ compliance by the students in their practicaltraining program.

A descriptive study was performed with thirtd-yearstudents in Community Nursing, School of Nursing,University of Murcia (Spain). The data´s collection waselaborated by means of a questionnaire focused on thepractical training assessmet in the Health Centers ofthe Autonomous Region of Murcia.

As a conclusion, we make emphasis on the satisfactionlevel expressed by our students at their practicaltraining, in reference to their acceptance andintegration in the Primary Care interdisciplinary teams.
