Abstract
The aim of this article is to start a debate on the continuous education innursing. The following matters related to the planning of the training activities are analysed:
- Who does the planning of such activities.
- Where are they programmed from.
- How the planning is done.
- Resources involved in planning.
Secondly, a brief analysis of the people in charge of the education of nur-ses is also included.
Finally, several proposals to try and solve the discrepances arisen duringthe study are described. These proposals are in the way to promote solu-tions and open new ways of search to add to the very few existing.
