Abstract

Aggressiveness is a problem that causes great concern, not only as nursing students but also as future healthcare professionals and as young adults. The human relations established in today´s society are more and more complex and difficult to deal with. Communication with the parents is at times insufficient on occasions being a source of frustration for them as well as for their teenage daughter or son. This has lead us to give some thought on the subject of adolescent aggressiveness and to propose a care plan aimed at the parents that, may find it difficult to address their teenager’s aggressive behaviour problem. To this end, we have position ourselves as primary care nurses, and have worked on the nursing diagnosis: Ineffective management of problem on the part of the family: A compromise for the nurse. We hope that this plan helps us all to manage the situation more effectively.
