Abstract
Methodology: a qualitative approach to reality has been performed by means of identification and consensus (brainstorming: discussion group) and prioritization (comparison by pairs) techniques. A series of measures have been implemented in the 2008/09 school year, and assessed at the end of that same school year by students by answering a written and semi-structured questionnaire. Finally, a content analysis has been performed and the information has been triangulated to guarantee the validity of results.
Conclusions: five coordination areas were identified, for which four short term measures were established and implemented in the 2008/09 school year. The experience has been positively valued by 100% of participating students. Amongst other improvement proposals, students suggest increasing the time available for the performance of field work, expanding study topics and facilitating information to the associated clinical teaching staff.
