Abstract

The majority of nursing students enrolled at the University Docente of Lanzarote come from other islands and as they start a new life, the habits they grew up with are disrupted by other parameters unknown until then such as the schedules, the practicum classes, etc.

The objective of this paper is to investigate whether the tobacco habits of the students change as they start their nursing studies and the type of changes that take place, through the study of certain variables such as how they eat, exercise, toxic habits, rest and sleep, leisure time, etc.
