Its objective focuses on achieving the best results, at the lowest cost and with the greatest possible satisfaction of both users and professionals. This article will use a simple and schematic approach into the fundamental aspects of healthcare quality generally and of nursing care. I have basically based my review on the treaties written by María Paz Mompart, with a view to present to you key data relating to this issue in a clear and precise manner.
