Abstract
This work has been carried out in the context of the Fundamentals of Nursing subject as part of the evaluation of the subject.
It aims to provide students with the minimum tools to understand the history and evolution of our profession over time, and introduce them to the exciting world of research, its process, stages, handling of information obtained and also to speak of the difficulties encountered in carrying it out. It's about a hospital that existed in the town of Iscar between 1500-1750, its characteristics, staff and finances.
