The different care systems in which I have been involved during this first year are described and main nursing interventions performed are reported. Finally, some recommendations or general rules for managing psychotic patients are presented and the feelings they create in us are discussed.Hopefully, the present work will help as a guide for future nurse residents interested in mental health specialty.
