Abstract
A description of community practices providing educational and caring opportunities in a neighborhood at Villa María town shows a number of networks conveying such opportunities into daily life scenarios. When fully developed, such networks can show a great potential based on promising community and collective structures because they commonly use non-state-dependent logics and challenge market policies management. Individual/community needs in neighborhood defined temporary itineraries showing a variety of options to be selected, and created dynamic, changing, and transforming networks that could be observed to enhance opportunities to grow, go further, and transcend. They also required awareness of people own rights as social individuals, so that they can develop their own creative and unique capabilities over a life period, and relational strategies to promote educational and caring networking can be established.
