We performed a descriptive study to determine the prevalence of PU and the characteristics of the sample. Variables are the main factors related with PU.Results: The prevalence of PU in our study is 19.5%. Risk factors of PU expected, after the bibliographic review are age, immobility, incontinence, for example.Conclusion: It is important to know the risk factors in order to implement a correct prevention.
