Results: Age was < 45 years in 29.3% participants, body mass index (BMI) was > 30 in 30.9%,  waist circumference was > 102 cm for men or > 88 cm for women in 50.6%, physical activity was reported by 72.2%, daily vegetables and fruits intake was reported by 74.9%, use of medication to control high blood pressure (HBP) was observed in 31.7%,  a high blood glucose level history was present in 14.3%, and no familial history of diabetes was found in 50.6%.
