Abstract

An approach to the development of an innovative educational experience in nursing aimed at facilitating the teaching/learning process using the Didactic School Research Model, by proposing a different vision to traditional teaching based on school research on the basis of constructivism, with enormous possibilities but also didactic, institutional and curricular difficulties to put them into practice. We present an experience conducted in the 2003-2004 school year, with nursing students in a teaching setting (Emergency and Casualty) where, following the approach described above, an experimental Didactic Unit has been set up in the Basic Vital Support Workshop.
