Abstract

An epistemological and reflexive analysis is presented pertaining to the clinical practical training of nursing students. The aim is to show that there is a mis-approach in how this learning process takes place and the existence of a considerable discrepancy o divorce between the academic teaching and the actual practice, which needs to be addressed and resolved as soon as possible for the benefit of the discipline, the professional and the health care provided to the patient.
