Abstract

The research carried out in the School of Health Technology in Santiago de Cuba (2009-2010), revealed the need to develop interdisciplinary training in the teachers, this is essential to replace the supremacy of the limited and fragmented knowledge of disciplines, by a "superior form of knowledge" that will help the graduate to be better prepared to confront and transform it. To achieve this we propose a strategy that encourages theory-practice relationship in the construction of knowledge and a conscious connection between the problems to achieve a mutual enrichment between disciplines, with increasing levels of complexity.
