Abstract

The aim of this paper is to propose a model of educational innovation in a health institution. The model, which stems from the systems’ theory is based on the socio-communicative approach, the artistic model, the collaborative model and technology model, in order to organize the teaching methodology used by nursing professionals serving as mentors of practices in the mental health center of Tetouan. Finally, we present a projection model of the educational reality, it provides useful insights for those professionals wishing to improve their teaching methods, especially in the area of mental health, but also applicable to other areas of nursing.
