Abstract

The inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic inflammatory course of the intestine which provokes undernourishment, it goes with grave episodes of physical discomfort and alterations. In the course of time, the patienthas phases of physical discomfort and irregularities in his way of life. In the course of the disease it may appear as periodical and slight health problems, needing only ambulatory medical care, for undernourishmentand physical weakeness situations that it requires admittance many timesto hospital. Nurses must recognize this disease and its medial treatmentto work as coordinators looking after the efficient attendance of the patient both during the hospitalization period and within the scope ofthe health primary attention.
