Abstract

The article aims to share a personal reflection on different aspects related to the terminal patient, focussed from the perspective of the personal actions of Nurses, analysing them from points of view such as ethics, human rights, patient rights, etc., all within the framework of existing legislation, professional deontological code and with a broad literature survey. The importance of nurses as care providers, and therefore as defenders of patient rights, is also highlighted.
