Abstract

This report provides an overview of the requirements and the main issues to be taken into account by nurses prior to start to work abroad. It also makes an analysis on the new condition of the nursing migration throughout the world and more precisely in Spain. The study ends with the recommendations proposed by the CIE to its memberships, Professional Associations, Trade Unions and any other related associations to cope with the new situation.
