Abstract
On the basis of documents approved by consensus for the use of functional HEALTH patterns in Primary Care and taking into account the technical characteristics of IT technology, theoretical designs of assessment screens were performed according to the functional patterns of age, which were subsequently programmed. The informatisation of the nursing process is necessary to generalise its utilisation in the day to day practice. The existence of specific automated registry programs for the different phases of the nursing process contributes to the acceptance and utilisation of the IT tool on the part of the nurse. Generalisation of the nursing process in the daily practice contributes very decisively in its development.
