Abstract
This historical documentary research addresses the study of the healthcare and educational model of the Constitution of 1812. The documentary sources have undergone the methodology of the Annales School in order to confirm the hypothesis, and the persistence of the long-term Braudelian time has been found to be a rigid structure which becomes a way of thinking. Thus, the conclusion is that the doctrinal postulates by the Council of Trent are present in the Constitution of 1812, organizing the healthcare model under the protection of the religious orders with vow of hospitality, and placing the educational model under the postulates by the Church of Rome.
