Abstract
For nursing professionals, immigration represents a real challenge in terms of health care, brought about by the cultural and idiomatic differences amongst immigrants in general, and particularly, immigrants of a South Saharan origin. We must have resources to cope with this immigration diversity so that these individuals can have a way into our national Health System. This paper proposes a working tool for a specific application in the program titled "medical attention in healthy children", and in so doing, provide an answer to a need detected through our working relationship with immigrants.
