Abstract

On February, 2017, the Nursing Research Group from the Valdecilla Biomedical Research Group (IDIVAL) in Cantabria was accredited as Emergent Group by the Institute Carlos III. By January, 2020, the group included 17 members, had eight lines of research, and one of its more significant achievements was the publication in 2019 of 53 articles with a total impact factor of 65,400. One member of the group is currently coordinating a project sponsored by the Fund for Health Research, and other five members are leading funded competitive projects at regional level.
