Abstract

The need of fortify the bonds within the different nursing student communities exhorted students of several iberoamerican universities to begin the development and strengthening of the Asociación Iberoamericana de Estudiantes de Enfermería, Iberoamerican Nursing Students Association. This sets lines of action in the 2nd Students Meeting in Coimbra city, within the 11th Iberoamerican Conference on Nursing Education by Asociación Latinoamericana de Escuelas y Facultades de Enfermería (ALADEFE), American Association of Schools and Colleges of Nursing.
So that, Nursing Unit begins to get build, where students participate as representants of iberoamerican countries such as: Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, and Portugal and Spain.
The created students commissions decided to establish goals to achieve before next Students Meeting of this Association (Uruguay, 2013), in order to analyze advance and to incorporate more Iberoamerican Nursing Students Communities.
